We retry to make QR code using DNA origami method this time. Our team previously tried to make QR code using DNA origami method, in BIOMOD 2014. By using the dumbbell hairpin for the QR code dots, the DNA origami structure was expressed with a height difference. Therefore three DNA origami structures were required due to the position of the dumbbell hairpin in order to produce QR code. However, it was difficult to conjugate due to repulsion among DNA origami structures, and QR code could not be expressed. Then, we will reconsider the position of dumbbell hairpins and express the QR code with one DNA origami structure. We read QR code of DNA origami structures from AFM images using the camera application. Then if we can say that we succeeded in developing the smallest information medium in the world.
